Sneakerville: A 3D Sneaker Showcase
Project Narrative
Sneakerville reimagines the online sneaker shopping experience by placing products in a real-time 3D environment. Users can rotate, zoom, and interact with each shoe in high fidelity — bridging the gap between digital and physical retail. The project demonstrates how Web3D technology can transform e-commerce into an engaging, tactile journey.
Creating Tactile Digital Retail
The sneaker market is visually saturated. Static product images fail to convey the craftsmanship and texture that buyers care about. We needed to create an experience that felt as premium as holding the shoe in your hands, all within a browser — without sacrificing load times or mobile compatibility.
Interactive Spline 3D Integration
Using Spline for real-time 3D rendering and Wix Studio for the web framework, we built a seamless product exploration flow. Each sneaker is a fully interactive 3D model with custom lighting, material properties, and smooth orbital camera controls. The experience loads in under 3 seconds on 4G connections.
